The first Council Of Loathing Quest. Adventure at the Typical Tavern in The Distant Woods and fight rats there until
you have obtained 10 Rat Whiskers, or you could just buy them at the mall if you are lazy. After you get the 10th whisker,
you will receive a Shiny Ring (+3 all stats) and an Ice Cold Six Pack.
